Review device health

Steps

1. Open the device.
2. Read the Status panel:
   • Battery — current level (-- if not reported).
   • Signal Score — 0–100; below 50 may indicate connectivity issues.
   • Device Temperature — hardware temperature.
   • Check-in Status — “On Time” vs late/missed.
3. Check the Alerts panel — a healthy device shows 0 Active alerts.

If something looks wrong, move on to field diagnostics.
