Device onboarding overview

SiteSync supports two ways to add devices: one at a time with QR Sync, or in large batches with Bulk Upload. Both require you to select a site first — a device without a site will not appear in your fleet.

Choose a path

• Adding a device in the field, or just a few? Use QR Sync — or add it manually.
• Deploying many devices of the same type to one site? Use Bulk Upload.

After onboarding, validate activation to confirm the device joins and reports.
