Scan and add a device

In the field, the fastest way to onboard a device is to scan its QR code in the Perspective mobile app — the join keys populate automatically. Full steps and supported formats are on Scan a QR code.
- Confirm you’re in the right site.
- Go to Devices → Add Device and launch the scanner.
- Scan the device label, confirm the device type, and submit.
- Validate activation.
